Gopi.
Gopi is not the name of a woman (i.e. milkmaids), it is the name of a bhaav. Just as the Gopikas of Vraj who seemed most normal, who were busy with daily chores and engaged in daily life meditated and sang of the Lord within their mind; those who engage in daily life and who keep their most dear Lord always within their hearts, internally, not displaying their intimate connection with the Lord externally for all to see, are also Gopis. These very Gopikas of Vraj in the dead of night, in the secret recesses of their hearts (externally seen as the Raas mandal of Vrindavan) attained divine union with the Lord through Raas, and so within our own spiritual practices we must also reach to attain the divine union of Sri Krsna.
